FOOD DRIVE-GIVING BACK

Don Bosco Prep's annual Thanksgiving Food Drive is well underway! Our community has been so generous that as of today we have collected 16,000 lbs. of non-perishable food for those in need. Members of the Financial Literacy class were tasked with using a $5,000 donation and $2,000 from the last dress down day and shopped for and purchased 4,800 lbs of canned goods and rice. Food is being distributed to the Soup Kitchen & Food Pantry at the Don Bosco Community Center in Port Chester, NY and the Center for Food Action in Mahwah. Collections will continue through next Monday, November 25th. Friday is the Turkey Drop; please deliver frozen turkeys by noon to the Youth Ministry office. Thank you for your generosity!
