THANKSGIVING MASS

Mr. Craig Dietel '13 Associate Director of Public Relations and Alumni
Have a great break!
Today, the Don Bosco Prep school community celebrated Mass together before the Thanksgiving Break. Mass was celebrated by Fr. Paul Chu, SDB, who preached that gratitude is the best attitude to have! We should be grateful for all of the things we are given throughout the year and especially during this Thanksgiving season.

At the end of Mass Fr. Paul announced the results of this year food drive and the school was able to raise 18,246 pounds of food for those in need! 48 turkeys and hams were also collected. A great effort from the entire community! A special thank you to the Norris-McMahon ‘22 family who donated 3,000 pounds of food, and the Hamon ‘22 family who donated 2,000 pounds as well.

Lastly, before our students were dismissed they got to watch a preview of this year’s play, Clue! Students dressed in their costumes and performed a teaser for their peers!

Thank you to everyone who donated to this year’s Food Drive! Have a happy and healthy Thanksgiving!
