This morning Marko Begonja ‘15, spoke to the first L.E.O. Program cohort about proper interview methods and tactics as they approach college and internship opportunities. Marko, a fourth year student at Northeastern University in Boston, is involved in the five-year business co-op program at the university.
He discussed the valuable aspects needed to be successful in getting a career started, including mentorship, good grades, interpersonal skills, technical skills, knowledge of the field, and passion.
“You go to college to invest in yourself,” Marko said. “This is part of the process. You have to apply yourself. Work hard and work smart.”
