The Coordinator of Youth Ministry (CYM) has as their principal area of responsibility the religious studies program, the sacramental life of the school community, liturgical service, retreats, days of recollection, ecumenical program, vocation programs, and other activities which provide opportunities for pastoral and/or apostolic concerns. They are concerned with the Salesian messaging on campus.

Candidates should have education and experience in teaching high school Social Studies.  NJ certification in high school Social Studies Teacher or equivalent preferred.  Ideal candidates will have experience with differentiation, authentic assessment, project-based learning, and infusion of technology in their instructional methods.

Assistant Athletic Trainer maintains current certification and continuing education requirements as set forth by the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification. Maintain current state licensure in accordance with the New Jersey Board of Athletic Trainer Examiners  Maintain current certification in CPR/Emergency Cardiac Care.

Report to – Athletic Director and Head Athletic Trainer Duties:

• As set by the athletic director and  Interim head athletic trainer for summer and fall sports coverage

• Maintain an effective and efficient athletic training room. 

• Maintain communication with parents on the care & treatment of their student-athlete.  

• File all necessary reports associated with athletic injuries and/or incidents. 

• Maintain a daily treatment log. 

• Equip each team with appropriate medical equipment. 

• Assist in the selection and fitting of protective equipment, including special taping, pads or braces. 

• Create a safe playing environment by monitoring and controlling environmental risks

Don Bosco Prep High School seeks a qualified bus driver to drive for the 2025-2026 school year. As a bus driver for Don Bosco Prep, the employee will be under the supervision of an administrator.  In this role, the bus driver will be  operating a school bus or van over designated bus routes and transporting high school students.  

Qualifications:

  • Must have CDL with P, S, and Air Brake endorsements
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical examination.
  • Must be committed to training and processes.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years verifiable driving history.
  • No more than 2 moving violations and 1 preventable accident in the past 3 years.
  • Ability to adhere to all company safety standards and operating procedures.
  • Ability to successfully pass a background check.
  • Passion for working with children

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Obeys all traffic laws
  • Observes all mandatory safety regulations for school buses
  • Maintain discipline when students are on bus
  • Reports undisciplined students to the proper authority
  • Keeps assigned bus clean
  • Keeps to assigned schedule
  • Checks bus before each operation for mechanical defects
  • Notifies the proper authority in case of mechanical failure or lateness
  • Discharges students only at authorized stops
  • Exercises responsible leadership when on out-of-district school trips
  • Transports only authorized students
  • Reports all accidents and completes required reports
  • Enforces regulations against smoking and eating on the bus
