CYM) has as their principal area of responsibility assisting in the animation and coordination of the spiritual and religious development of the student body, the sacramental life of the school community, liturgical services, retreats, fostering a vocation culture, and other activities which provide opportunities for pastoral and/or apostolic initiatives. They are concerned with the community service requirements of students.

STAFF: DBP Seeks An Executive Assistant To The Director
Don Bosco Prep High seeks a highly competent, proactive Executive Assistant to support the Salesian Director’s administrative, fiscal, and pastoral ministry to the school, Salesian Community, and local Church.
In this multifaceted role, they will manage executive calendars, coordinate communications, oversee office and program budgets, and handle chapel and sacramental logistics—including liturgical supplies and parish relations. The ideal candidate pairs proven success in executive administration and financial tracking with exceptional event-planning, research, and communication skills.
Absolute discretion, a collaborative spirit, and a deep commitment to the Catholic, Salesian educational mission are required to successfully manage community resources, formation programs, and Safeguarding compliance.
Compensation & Logistics
- Start Date: As soon as possible (no later than August 10th).
- Salary: Starting at $70,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
